Refund policy

RETURNS

Items purchased from East 68th Street are eligible for returns within the first 30 days of delivery.

Refunds require proof of purchase: the invoice e-mailed to you or the original credit card used for the purchase. This helps us identify the order number and information to process the return.


Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received in. This includes items are not used, not worn, not washed, and not damaged. All original tags MUST still be attached. Items not in this condition are not eligible for return and will not be accepted.

Footwear MUST be returned in their original shoe box. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return, so they must be returned in a shipping box to avoid damage. The same shipping box they were received in is acceptable.  If received damaged, shoes will not be accepted.

Any return after 30 days from date of purchase will not be accepted.

 

PREORDER POLICY

If you purchase a preorder item, you will be charged for your preorder at time of purchase. Preorders are items that are not currently in stock or on hand, but will be released at a future date.

 

PREORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

A 20% cancellation fee will be applied to all preorder cancellations.

 

REFUNDS

Once a return is received, an email will be sent to notify you that your returned item has been received by our team. Returns will then be inspected by our team for approval. Once approved, a refund will be submitted to the same method of payment used for the purchase order. Refunds may take several days to process depending on credit card company. Please email us at e68thst@gmail.com with your request.

EXCHANGES

Defective or damaged items are only the only items eligible for exchange. Please email us at e68thst@gmail.com with your request. A member of our team should respond very quickly with instructions for an exchange. Exchanges are only eligible within the first 30 days of delivery.

SHIPPING

Please consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
