SHIPPING POLICY
Do you ship internationally?

How are orders shipped?
We ship with USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on the order weight.
How do I change my shipping address?
Please email our team at e68thst@gmail.com with your name, order number, the new address you would like your order shipped to, and the previous incorrect address. Changing your address within your account does not update the shipping address for that specific order. We MUST be notified for any changes. Unfortunately, once and item has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address.
ORDER STATUS
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Your order should arrive within 2-4 business days (excluding holidays and preorders).
Will I receive tracking information?
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.
My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

When do you charge for preorders?
We charge all preorders at point of sale.
I placed a preorder, am I able to cancel?
For all preorder cancellations, there is a 20% cancellation fee. We're able to waive the fee if the customer decides to complete an exchange item instead (i.e. pick out another product instead).
RETURNS
Items purchased from East 68th Street are eligible for returns within the first 30 days of delivery.
Refunds require proof of purchase: the invoice e-mailed to you or the original credit card used for the purchase. This helps us identify the order number and information to process the return.
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received in. This includes items are not used, not worn, not washed, and not damaged. All original tags MUST still be attached. Items not in this condition are not eligible for return and will not be accepted.
Footwear MUST be returned in their original shoe box. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return, so they must be returned in a shipping box to avoid damage. The same shipping box they were received in is acceptable. If received damaged, shoes will not be accepted.
Any return after 30 days from date of purchase will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
How will I receive the refund?
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the same method of payment used in the original purchase.
How long will it take to get my refund?
You should receive your refund within 2-3 business days after we receive the item, depending on your card issuer.
How can I check the status of my refund?

EXCHANGES
Can I exchange/replace an item instead of getting a refund?
Yes, just email e68thst@gmail.com with your request.
